Comfort Inn Traverse City

The staff was very friendly, the room and facilities were clean; they had amenities available 24/7 (which is rare) and are dog friendly.

We booked through booking.com. I called to clarify the pet policy and Nick answered. He was very friendly. He was also there to check us in. Awesome guy! And for the price, this was a very comfortable and clean hotel. We stayed in a long room with hot tub. Everything met our expectations. Staff were friendly in the morning when we went for breakfast. I love that this was a pet friendly place as well!

The entire property was spotlessly clean! The beds were very comfortable, lots of pillows. There was no weird or unpleasant smell lingering anywhere! It was very close to all of the places we wanted to see. We will definitely go back. The parking and location were convenient and felt very safe. Friendly staff, and free breakfast🙂

The breakfast area was a little small, but worked fine. There was a good amount to pick from. Wish we could have walked into Downton from the hotel, but it was a short drive so it wasn't too bad.

This was our second time staying at this location. Breakfast was great; no restrictions and not boxed. The staff were all so friendly and helpful in deciding where we wanted to go for the day. The fact they have a shuttle was a bonus. The beds were comfortable and the rooms were clean. We didn't get to try the pool but it's open 24 hrs so was great to know.
